We damand to make the appreticeship at Kunststoff Christel as modern and innovative as our technical solutions have already been for a long time.
Therefore, we support our apprentices with all possibilities and integrate them into our every day work. We want them to understand and comprehend all our internal processes and all steps of new projects. Only when this is guaranteed, the company can profit from their ideas and imaginations. Our goal is to employ competent professionals. We value additional trainings and use the courses offered by the IHK Academy as well as other possibilities of extra-occupational education.
With this great focus on professional competencies, we also value social competences highly. We do not only encourage team work within the company but also moreover on for example tours and events. The result? Many of our former apprentices are still part of the company. Some even for more than 30 years.
Vacation Job or Internships
Try out of the world of plastics and injection molding is fitting for you.
A vacation job or internship are the best possibility to do so.
We mainly offer vacation jobs during Pentecost or Summer Holidays as production- or assembly assistant. Night shift is always optional.
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Minimal Duration: 3 weeks (preferrably longer)
- Application Deadline: At least 4 weeks before start
We offer internships for students at all times and for the most different jobs.

We offer every year multiple apprenticeships in 5 different jobs and 2 dual study courses.
Theres something for everyone - from administartional to technical areas.
We highly value the keeping of our young professionals after they finish their appreticeship and always offer different opportunities for additional tranings.
Appreticeship for Mechatronical Engineering (m/f/x)
Mechanics + Electronics = Mechatronical Engineering. The planes autopilot, the plants packaging installation or the programmable washing machine. All three of them are based on a complex system combining mechanics and electronics. The professionals in this area are called mechanical engineers.
A Mechanical Engineers job discription includes for one the building of mechanical, electrical and electronical components and their subassembly to entire systems. For others, you will assembly and install mechatronical installations and machinery which you will then operate, service and repair.
At Kunststoff Christel we offer you the chance to experience the entire spectrum on practical tasks. We can offer you everything from the fully automatic installation to the semi automatic system.
Apprenticeship for Tool Mechanics (m/f/x) Specialisation Moulding Technology
Tool mechanics are demanded professionals in the industry. Your tasks include the processing of metals to create spezialised tools for the industrial serial production, gauges for quality measurement activities and operational equipment to support the production installations.
You plan and control workflows, work in a great team and with different kinds of machinery that you programm via numerical control and operate.
At Kunststoff Christel we can provide one of the few possibilities in Germany to learn tool building for injection molding.
Process Mechanic (m/f/x) Specialisation Moulding Parts
Process Mechanics are demanded professionals in the production of injection molding parts. The production of our high-quality parts made of thermoplastic and elastomer require solid knowledge of the raw-material and the production process.
Your task is to set-up and control high quality injection molding machines. You are part of the entire production process, from material processing to quality evaluation of the finished part.
Additionally, you will take care of disruptions and help to optimize the production processes.
Warehouse Logistics Specialist
Knowing what's what and having the overview, even with a stacked storage? Thats the must have of our warehouse logistic specialists at all times.
Our logistic consists of multiple areas: Incoming goods, Shipment of parts with all sizes, supplying the internal production with tools, material and packaging and warehousing of produced parts.
If you want to learn how to manage everything from a screw to a machine, Kunststoff Christel is the right place for you.
Industrial Clerk (m/f/x)
Industrial Clerks take on business administrational tasks like materials management, sales, marketing and human ressources, finance and accounting. They buy raw material and administrate inventories, calculate cost for enquiries and projects and monitor production processes.
They are also responsible for sales and marketing tasks. They receive orders, take on price negotiations, create bills and plan marketing and advertisement campaigns. They do the accounting, monitor payments and use instruments to plan and control cost developments. Administartional clerks also have the task to manage human ressources.

Coorporative State University of Baden Würrtemberg (DHBW), we offer the study courses to becoming a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering spezialised in plastic technologies and a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration spezialised in the Industry.
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (m/f/x) specialized in Plastic Technologies
During your training you will switch between theory and practice every twelve weeks. You will have to take exams at the end of every theoretical phase and during the practical phases you'll be at our company. The studies ate completed after six semersters with the Bachelor Thesis and the final exams.
During your studies you'll learn the following:
- Analysis, Conceptions and Optimization of processes and procedures
- Constructive (further) development of products while compiling to the quality standard
- Examination of mechanical characteristics of the most different raw-materials
- Use of your competences in tool building and precess techniques supported by special procedures in the measurement department
Bachelor of Arts, spezialised in Plastic Technologies
